Abstract

The Whole Slide Image (WSI) is a pathological image with Hematoxylin & Eosin staining. The low-contrast color staining will bring a challenge on analysis. We propose SNSeg (Staining Nuclear Segmentation) to improve the segmentation performance in WSI, for obtaining accurate nuclear region.
